Meet The Chef
Cleburne, Texas native, Cheyenne Spivey, began her culinary adventure with the graduating class of 2008 from the Le Cordon Bleu Texas Culinary Academy in Austin Texas. She then traveled to Maui, Hawaii for her internship at Hula Grill. From there, moved to Fort worth to work at the Colonial Country Club, Ridglea Country Club, then returned to Austin at the Driskill Hotel. Eventually making her way up to the PNW, Seattle's finest fine dining at Canlis. It was there she decided to venture into the world of veganism and work for the best vegan restaurant Seattle had to offer, Café Flora. She fell in LOVE with farm-to-table cooking and never wanted to look back. A few years went by and she decided to make her way back home to Cleburne to be close to family again. Thus ending her restaurant career at Spiral Diner in Fort Worth.
She has taken a few years of hiatus from the industry to raise her two beautiful children, Birdie & Nolan. However, starting 2022, she has made her way back to bringing healthy locally sourced food to a plate near you! As well as pop-up cocktail parties with her very own Chef Crafted drinks with her mobile bar The Bubble Box.
